Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Canvas Sweeper and Canvai.
Beta service
Canvai is an early beta service. Features may change, be unavailable, contain errors, or be removed. Do not rely on Canvai as your only record of coursework, deadlines, Calendar events, or academic obligations. Keep access to the original Canvas and Google Calendar services.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
Use Canvai only if you are permitted to do so by the beta operator and your institution. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your Google account, and obtaining any required permission to connect Canvas or Calendar data. Do not share accounts or use another person's academic or calendar information without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users or providers, submit malicious content, bypass limits or security controls, use Canvai to cheat or violate academic-integrity rules, or upload information you do not have the right to use. The operator may suspend or end access for misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or beta closure.
AI and planning limitations
Canvai AI and deterministic planning outputs are informational assistance. They can be wrong, incomplete, stale, or unsuitable for your situation and do not replace your judgment, instructor guidance, institutional policies, accessibility accommodations, or professional advice. Canvai does not guarantee grades, completed work, academic outcomes, schedule availability, or that an AI response is correct. Review every plan and explicitly confirm any Calendar publication.
Third-party services
Google, Canvas, and NVIDIA AI services are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Your use of connected services is also subject to their rules and any institutional requirements. Canvai is not affiliated with Instructure, Google, or NVIDIA.
Availability, termination, and contact
The beta may be changed, paused, or ended at any time, including to protect users or comply with law. You may stop using Canvai and disconnect supported services at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access under these terms. Questions or requests should use the support contact published by the beta operator; a named operator and monitored support contact are required before external beta access.
